SADP - Password Change

Requirements


  1. Install and run the SADP program as an administrator. (Click here to download SADP)
    2. Both the PC where SADP is installed and the device(s) must be connected to the same network distributor or switch.
    3. While performing the process, do not restart, update, or turn off the device until the process is complete.

Process


  1. After opening SADP in administrator mode, you will see the list of devices on your network.

    2. Select the device for which you want to change the password. If you have multiple devices to restore, you will need to repeat the process for each one.

    3. Click on the "Forgot password" option.

    4. Export the XML file. To avoid errors, save it directly to the local disk C.
